Can I return the product I bought from Motel?

If for any reason you wish to return the product you bought you can do so as long as you do so within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery provided it is in the same condition in which you received it (not washed, worn, torn, and with the accompanying labels in place). The products are thoroughly checked upon shipment and return.

Can I get a refund?

If the product you received is defective, ie it is worn, torn, dirty or has any damage that was not clear from the beginning, then you have the option of a refund, after first agreeing with us.

What is a Credit Coupon?

Credit voucher is given to anyone who wants to replace a product purchased from Motel and can use it within 30 calendar days.
The coupon is equal to the amount of the value of the product purchased.
In case the customer replaces the product with another of lower value, he will receive a coupon with the difference that will occur after the end of 30 days the coupon will be canceled.

Can I replace a product I bought online with one from the physical store?

We are sorry but the change of product obtained online can only be done through the eshop.

The shipping cost for all of Greece and up to 2kg amounts to €4 and cash on delivery to €2.

Why are some vintage products available again while they were marked SOLD?

Vintage products are unique and it is rare to have two or more identical pieces, when this happens it means that the product has been returned (eg due to size) and put back for sale.
