SHIPPING METHODS

Orders

Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
If you ship to an address other than invoicing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.
Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or customized. To make an adjustment to your order, you must proceed with the exchange process upon receipt of your order.
You can only send an order back for exchange or store credit. No returns.
We process orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday on all non-EU holidays.
We do not offer any price adjustment after sending an order.

Shipping

Any orders placed after 12:00 pm, please allow us 1-2 working days ..
All orders with each pre-order item (s) will be booked and shipped on the date stated for pre-order arrival.
All orders are in euros and will be converted by Credit Card Processor for your currency.
We do not ship to any hotel, holiday home or temporary address.
We do not deliver to any D.E. Box addresses. If your billing address is P.O. Box, enter it, but also give a physical address for the shipment.
You will receive an email with the tracking number, if your order is suitable for one, as soon as your order is shipped.

Once an order has been placed, your shipping address may not change.
If an item is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping as well as the initial shipping costs.
If the status of the package indicates that it has been delivered and you do not receive the item, all claims must be submitted by the customer with the designated carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipped outside the EU)

motelvintage.com/en does not control what your country may charge for import duties or customs duties.
motelvintage.com/en is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping or processing costs. If you refuse to pay customs or duty fees and the parcel is returned to Greece, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, and will have the remainder as a STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.

• Shipping via ACS
• Delivery time 1-3 working days

Shipping charges:

• For purchases over 40.00 euros the shipping costs are free.
• For purchases up to 50.00 euros the shipping costs are 3.00 euros.
• Cash on delivery as a payment method, is charged 2.5 euros regardless of the amount.
