RETURN POLICY

• MOTEL VINTAGE STORE accepts replacements for NEW merchandise within 3 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
• MOTEL VINTAGE STORE does NOT accept substitutions on VINTAGE goods.
• All items can be returned for exchange with another size of the same item or store credit for items that are out of stock.
• The pieces must be completely unbearable and in the original condition in which they were sent (along with the labels).
• Goods returned for replacement are subject to full control.
• If a product is delivered defective, it is not in the colors described or spare parts are missing, total refund is eligible (total purchase price + original shipping)
• There are no replacements for items that were damaged during shipment. In this case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
• We do not refund shipping costs or credit card costs.
• Without full monitoring we are not responsible for returns.
• Items sold are not returned or exchanged.
• All return packages must be fully secured.
